Citation Issued

Were you issued a ticket and failed to pay your balance in full? You should have received a notice at the address last listed on your license at the time you were issued the citation. Depending on how long ago you received your citation, it may have already progressed to a warrant and/or additional charges. You should contact our offices immediately.

Additional Charges

The Judge may issue an additional charge of [VPTA] Violate Promise to Appear. When you were issued your violation the officer listed a date in which you were to enter a PLEA or make arrangements to pay the fine and fees on or before that date.
